Welcome to Guys and Dolls, a romantic and funny musical fable about gambling men and the women who want to tame them. Guys and Dolls all begins with a bet. Nathan Detroit bets high-rolling gambler Sky Masterson that Sky cannot persuade Save-A-Soul Missionary Sister Sarah Brown to accompany him on a trip to Cuba. While Sky works his charms on a wary Sarah, Nathan is doing his best to stay outside the matrimonial clutches of his long-suffering fiancée, Miss Adelaide, while all the time trying to find a place to hold his floating crap game under the gaze of the police department.

Set in New York City in the mid 20th century, Guys and Dolls is populated with larger than life gangsters and gamblers, missionary dolls and showgirls.  Guys and Dolls has one of the greatest musical scores in the history of theatre. Hit songs include: “Luck be a Lady”, “I’ve Never Been In Love Before”, the irrepressible “Sit Down You’re Rocking the Boat”, and many more.  This show is everything we love about musical theatre. Guys and Dolls will put a spring in your step and a smile on your face. So, don’t put your faith in Lady Luck or take a chance on the roll of the dice. Join us instead for an evening of odds-on entertainment!

Based on the short stories of Damon Runyon, with Music and lyrics by Frank Loesser and book by Jo Swerling and Abe Burrows. Presented by arrangement with Josef Weinberger Limited on behalf of Music Theatre International of New York.
