….LAOS are bringing Rodgers & Hammerstein II’s perennial family favourite ‘The Sound of Music’ to Loughborough Town Hall.

This much loved musical will once again truly captivate, as audiences are swept along on Maria’s journey of self discovery.

Novice nun Maria arrives at the house of Captain Von Trapp to be governess to his seven children, where she unwittingly falls in love. She feels that she is betraying her faith and returns to the Abbey, leaving the children unhappy and confused.

Maria discovers that her love for the captain and his children is all she wants and they are reunited, but that is not the end of the story.

Packed full of numbers you will know and love, ‘The Sound of Music’, ‘Sixteen Going on Seventeen’, ‘My Favourite Things’ and ‘Do-Re-Mi’ to name just a few.

A show loved by audiences of all ages, please book early to avoid disappointment…..
